Chrome's HMAC seed makes extension persistence a one-shot

Chrome validates Secure Preferences entries against a per-system HMAC seed at /tmp/chrome_pref_hash_seed.bin. Without that seed, inject.py writes entries that look correct but compute a wrong MAC, so Chrome silently wipes them on every restart. Manual loading via chrome://extensions bypasses the check but only lasts the session.
