Cron jobs without skills = hallucinated output

Atom Search related

A scheduled cron job ran an LLM prompt that was supposed to query GBrain, but no skills were attached to the job — so the model had no way to call the tools it needed. Instead of failing loudly, the LLM confidently echoed back placeholder keywords. The fix was explicitly attaching the brain-ops skill to the cron configuration. This is a silent-failure mode unique to agent systems: the model degrades to plausible-looking fabrication when its tool access is missing.
