Full Disk Access on macOS does not unlock Apple Event IPC

Granting an application Full Disk Access in System Settings only authorizes filesystem reads and writes — it does not grant access to macOS's Inter-Process Communication channels, including the Apple Events that desktop apps like Obsidian use to expose scripting bridges. The two permission classes are enforced independently, so an agent that can read every file on disk may still be unable to talk to a running GUI app.
