Expose Multipliers, Not Raw Values

Atom · refreshed Search related

When a property is already keyframe-animated, exposing the raw value to a template control creates conflicts—users would overwrite the animation. Instead, put a slider on a null object, then multiply the existing animated value by that slider. The template control becomes a density/intensity multiplier that respects whatever animation lives underneath.
