Domain vocabulary is personal. 'Moderate' for one coach is RPE 6-7, for another it might be RPE 8. A shared dictionary is wrong; a per-coach vocabulary table where each user maps their own terms is the only honest model. The picker is silent once mapped, noisy only when a new term appears.
