Inspect the production schema before writing a migration

The v1 plan assumed an aspirational fresh schema. The actual production DB had 27 tables already implementing the Telegram-based Felty system, vision-based chip counting, broadcasts, recaps, and the directive/feedback floor — everything the plan was about to build. The migration had to be radically re-scoped to only fill the actual gaps. Always run schema archaeology against the live database before designing migrations against a long-running project.
