2026-07-08 correction (high-confidence): Nathan confirmed there is no "Highrise" project. "Highrise" in the original v2/v3 brainstorm quotes was a typo for Hydrolyze. The corrected model:
- Hydrolyze = the whole thing. Coaching business + software product. Brand-name only, no separate legal entity.
- The software product inside Hydrolyze is also called Hydrolyze. There is no separate product name.
- The "coaching organisation that incorporates [the software]" is a future-phase vision of Hydrolyze itself — vertical integration where the swim-coaching arm is the lighthouse customer for the Hydrolyze software, then the software is sold B2B to other coaches.
