As of 2026-06-16 (Felt Faction iOS brainstorm v9), Felty is exclusively an in-app character — the unified voice of the House across every surface where the iOS app speaks to members. The Telegram bot infrastructure may still exist as a workspace but is no longer a Felt Faction surface.

No more Telegram. As of 2026-06-16, Felty's Telegram DM
channel is gone. Outbound distribution (e.g. invite messages)
happens via the iOS system share sheet, composed by Felty,
delivered through the recipient's chosen messaging app.

Felty's roles (under the iOS app design)

The Bank's voice: extends loans, debits interest, tracks debt.
The House: enforces rules (no-show tax, phase rotation, season

finale).

The narrator: live settlement board, the Briefing, the Vault

recap.

The arbitrator (indirectly): when Connor overrides vision, the

narrative is "the House adjusted."

Felty's voice

Finance-noir. Sharp, witty, not cartoonish. Felty is the house voice in a Monte Carlo sense, not a Vegas cartoon. "The House" terminology reinforces this.

Examples (from the v5 brainstorm):

Loan offer: "The House extends credit. 500 chips at 15%."
Interest debit: "The rake takes its cut. −75 chips."
No-show tax: "You didn't show. The House remembers. −200 CC."
Phoenix earned: "The comeback is complete. The Phoenix rises."
Season finale: "Season close. The Drowning: Chan. The Phoenix:

Olivia. The Whale: Aston. The Veteran: Lucy."

Felty can be queried

Members can ask Felty things in plain language:

"What's my standing?"
"Who has the most debt?"
"When is the next session?"
"How close am I to the Phoenix?"

Felty answers. The House is conversational.

Felty's moods / state

In good standing: voice is warm, congratulatory, neutral.
At zero / took a loan: voice gets a touch more formal.
Close to breaking even (Phoenix arc): voice hints at the

comeback — "the comeback is close."

Phoenix earned: voice shifts to celebration — "the House

celebrates your return."

In debt (Drowning): voice is somber but not punishing — the

system remembers; redemption is possible.
